From Wednesday the 9th of January 2018 new laws were introduced by the UK government to protect consumers from pension fraud by preventing certain methods of pension advice marketing contact to households within the UK. One of these methods included the use of cold calling to UK residential telephone numbers.
Proconnect helped form the new laws by giving feedback and information to the consultation process which helped shape the final law. We are pleased to announce that all of our pension advice marketing services are permitted under the new law and we continue to offer our services to FCA regulated financial advisers.
