Proconnect has just finished installing a whole new integrated bespoke computer system which integrates our call centre activity and data supply.
We hope the new system will prove to be more user friendly and efficient allowing us to deal with clients enquiries more efficiently and promptly. We also hope the new system will reduce the amount of paper usage within our business.
