New online diary system

After several months of development Proconnect is pleased to announce a new bespoke online diary system for all our appointment services which enables our clients to synchronise their diary with our systems. We hope this new system will reduce any double bookings or wrongly appointed times.

New integrated computer system

Proconnect has just finished installing a whole new integrated bespoke computer system which integrates our call centre activity and data supply.
We hope the new system will prove to be more user friendly and efficient allowing us to deal with clients enquiries more efficiently and promptly. We also hope the new system will reduce the amount of paper usage within our business.

Proconnect Charity Football Team

Proconnect’s 6 a side charity football team, the “Gerihatricks” were back out in action this weekend taking part in the third Ronnie Richards Memorial 6 a side tournament. After a shaky start the Gerihatricks came back to draw 2 games and win 2. The team played exceptionally well considering it was a hot Cornish summer’s day and a good time was had by all.

Due to an increased demand for households looking to install solar panels to their properties Proconnect has now added a specific solar panel site to it’s portfolio of web sites. Solar Panel Connect will aim to answer some of the basic queries from prospective Solar Panel purchasers with the option to request information or a quote from a local installer.
