Adam

Adam Haycock – Managing Director

Adam Haycock started his career in Deusche Bank, London. Now one of the most experienced and successful marketing and IT professionals in the Financial Services industry. Executive positions with Newline and BRG Direct he has gained a reputation for customer service and astute advice on marketing campaigns. His clients number the most successful will writers and IFAs in the UK. Adam is a keen driver and motor racing enthusiast.

Barry-Raymond

Barry Raymond – Operations Director

Barry Raymond started his sales career in London becoming the sales training manager for Encyclopaedia Britannica before been recruited into the Cable Industry during its boom years where he rapidly became senior sales training manager for the London Cable and Telephone companies owned by Cable and Wireless. Moving to Cornwall ten years ago he has worked solely in the business of providing services to the Financial Sector. Barry has an interest in specialist book publishing.

Andy-Webb

Andy Webb – Call Centre Manager

Andy Webb started his career working for NatWest Bank in London. From owning a highly successful Antique dealership in Brighton he came down to Cornwall and built up one of the most successful financial services telemarketing organisations in the UK as call centre manager for GE Money. His experience and abilities are a huge asset for Proconnect Marketing Ltd. Andy oversaw 300 canvassers that generated millions of pounds worth of business per week. Andy enjoys following his beloved Spurs – we all have our faults!

Ashley-Ellis

Ashley Ellis – Call Centre Supervisor

Ashley has been with us since the beginning and has a proven background having previously held management positions in two blue chip organisations. Ashley’s day-to-day role includes liaising with clients and ensuring campaigns are completed efficiently and on time. Ashley’s interests are wide and diverse ranging from Mountain Boarding to Boxing but his main passion is volunteering in the local community.

James-O'Hanlon

James O’Hanlon – Systems Analyst

James joined us in 2010 having successfully completed his degree at Imperial Collage London in Physics. He is responsible for all our database and systems management and also oversees our database development team ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard. In his spare time James enjoys grappling and saving the whale, a strange combination of hobbies we think.
